Please refrain from posts that do not deal with a relevant consumer experience and which are not authentic in nature. Examples of posts that will be deleted are, owners reviewing their own businesses, business owners reviewing their competition, and reviews from current or former employees.

Anonymous reviews will not be allowed. To maintain the integrity of reviews that are posted, we require a valid email address.

This allows us to notify you if a business thanks you for your comments or wishes to remedy any problems that you've reported.

We will NEVER provide a business with your direct email, but they will be able to contact you through a form that handles business to consumer communications.

Reviews rated 3 stars or under will only be posted on the site after a 3 business day period has passed. This allows businesses a chance to respond and attempt to rectify the situation, should they wish to do so.

If a business does not respond, or if their offer does not persuade you to change your mind, then the review will be posted.

You are responsible for the content of your review. You may be held liable if the content of your review is deemed to be defamatory or libelous.
