Worst delivery service I have every used. This service has consistently delivered the wrong product and have been told that the product I ordered was not in stock but I would never have a problem finding my product when I went myself. I then thought to research what my local LCBO and Beer store had in stock before ordering but still the issue persisted. The dispatcher advised that the reason I do not receive the product I want is because I do not specify where I want the delivery to come from. He then proceeded to explain that I am not within a 5 km radius of the store where my product is available and would therefore have to tell them where to go and it would cost me an additional 2 dollars. Meanwhile I am within a 5 km radius of the store but the driving distance from the store is 5.1 km as radius and driving distance are completely different concepts of distance. He then continued to patronizingly explain their fee structures for Midland and Steiner even though those are separate communities and were never a focus of the conversation, except to belittle me.. When my delivery was received I asked for a receipt and breakdown of the order but could not be provided with one. I attempted to review their policies online but their website has been discontinued and their Facebook business page is lacking or unspecified about these practices. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with their lack of customer service and transparancy.
