100% ARTISAN SOAP & NATURAL SKINCARE

At Beach Baby we started playing with soap in 2005 (when our firstborn began having skin issues from commercial products) and we have never looked back. We craft our soap the way it has been done since 2200 BC.  We combine fatty acids (oils & butters) and an alkali (sodium/potassium hydroxide). The result is soap through the process of saponification, to which we add herbs, scents & spices to create something special.

We work diligently every day to ensure we have the best sources for our ingredients. We are currently working to get our entire product line organic, but until we do, we source suppliers for ingredients that are fair trade (Shea Butter), palm free, cruelty free, produced locally (goat milk, veggies, fruits, beeswax & honey) and are wild harvested (botanicals & herbs).

Beach Baby is not only proud of what we put in our products, but above all what we do not put into them. Every product has a complete ingredients listing on them (and online) so you know exactly what is going on your skin. You will never see artificial fragrances, petrochemicals, parabens, harmful colours, or sls/sles in our line.

Our products include only vegetable oils and butters, pure essential oils, organic scents and herbs, salts, botanicals from the earth and natural food grade ingredients you would use in your kitchen.
