We have three days of voting remaining to determine the future of Wasaga Beach!
The options are clear; move forward with the Master Plan or go back to the drawing board.
We have a signed letter of intent with FRAM, one of the best mixed use developers in Ontario if not Canada. We have been awarded the new Gateway casino for zone C7. Parkbridge has expressed their support of the Master Plan and their desire to participate with considerable investment. Stonebridge still has acres of land for development and redevelopment. We are in talks with major hotel chains and we are moving forward with the Community Hub.
We are experiencing unpresidented development interest in Wasaga Beach and have thousands of new homes on the books, condominium developments, affordable housing and more on the horizon.
These developments can easily reach One Billion (1,000 million) in the next 7-10 years. This will be a game changer catapulting Wasaga Beach to a more beautiful, vibrant and economically viable community!

Your vote can make this a reality and if you have already voted we would ask that you call friends and family living in Wasaga Beach and make sure they cast their votes.

Please also make sure you vote for School Board Trustee. We have not had a Wasaga Beach resident as a trustee in 20 years and we are recommending Tanya Snell.
