Just a quick update on the “Shine Your Light” Christmas fundraiser in support of the Wasaga Beach Ministerial Food Bank, The Kinett’s Toy Drive and In Out Of The Cold we launched earlier this week. Donations just went over $7,000.00 due to the generosity of so many local businesses, Impact Wasaga Beach Club members and residents. (See list of major contributors below). To date we purchased and delivered 300 boxes of chocolates to go out with the food bank Christmas hampers and next week due to a very special offer from Kenn Voss owner of Canadian Tire we will be purchasing a couple of van loads of toys.
