HELLO MEMBERS OF THE ONTARIO CHAMBER NETWORK!
Hello members of the Ontario Chamber Network!
As you may have seen last week, the Ontario Chamber of Commerce’s fall policy survey has launched at
http://occ.ca/surveys. These questions form the basis of the Business Confidence Survey, which is tracked year-over-year in our annual
Ontario Economic Report and garners considerable
government and media attention.
This survey is your members’ opportunity to have their voice heard on the issues that matter most: the impact of government policy on their business, the overall state of the Ontario economy, and their confidence in their own organization’s success. Their participation increases the viability of the data, and thus the impact of the Ontario Chamber Network.
Please share the survey link with your members. At the bottom of this email you will find text that you can copy and paste into your own communications, which can be customized to your chamber/board to help drive responses. The survey is securely hosted by
Navigator, an independent consulting firm. All responses will be kept strictly confidential.
As an incentive to participate, we’re offering a
$100 Amazon gift card to a respondent drawn at random.
Some of you were able to receive customized data sets in the past. If your chamber/board or region can achieve a minimum of 50 completed responses, I am happy to share that data and help you interpret it. This information provides you with insight into the views of your membership and can be used in your own communications and advocacy campaigns,
as seen here in the Sudbury Star.
The closing date for the survey is
Friday, October 26 at 5:00pm. I’ll be following up with reminders but, in the meantime, feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
