Colleen Bannerman

Colleen is a proud single mother of three extremely active boys, moved to Wasaga Beach in 2007 and purchased SAP, which is now Wasaga Tax & Accounting. In 2011 Colleen partnered with RBA Financial Group (Wasaga) Ltd. moving into her current larger, state of the art facility. Colleen’s expanded, better equipped location and growing customer base afforded her the opportunity to bring on two additional contract associates. These improvements in conjunction with being located near the west end has provided easy access for all surrounding area customers. Since making this strategic move Colleen has grown her business in each consecutive year with a 17% sales growth in 2015. It is Colleen’s personal mission to exceed the expectation of every customer.

Tyler Rollins, Vice President – Key Mortgage Partners DLCTyler Rollins

I moved to Wasaga Beach when I was 2 years old and have lived in the area since.  Wasaga is home to me, this is where my family and friends live and I think this area is one of the best places in Canada to live, work and play. Once I finished High school I went off to the University of Guelph and graduated with an honours Bachelor of Commerce degree as one day I wanted to take over the family business. Once I graduated I realized that I didn’t want to run the family business and I tried a few other things till I found my calling as a mortgage agent.  I love being able to sit down with clients and go over their mortgage needs and help them buy the house of their dreams that they can call their own. I have been a mortgage agent for over 5 years now and I love every minute of it and plan on doing this for a long time. I became a chamber member, then a board member as I want to give back to the community and  help keep it a great place for everyone, especially my children.
