Essential oils are more than just nice aromas.The oils in this picture are three of my favorites.They all have several uses. Frankincense can be used in your facial creams for a healthy glow,and has been studied as an ant-inflammatory and immune stimulant and of course in your favorite diffuser for a relaxing aroma.It is known as The King of Oils.
Lavender works well in a diffuser to promote sleep,.Use it on a burn to decrease the initial pain and reduce the redness.A few drops in your bath after a busy day will leave you feeling relaxed and regenerated.
My all time farvorite is Balance.Use it before an important meeting or test to help calm the stress or anxiety you may be experienceing.It works well to balance mood swings.Put a drop on your wrists to help you feel relaxed and ready to meet any streesful event.
