Love this infographic from Semrush outlining processes for SEO and Content Marketing!

So many agencies out there are treating each client onboarding and management as adhoc situations.

Yes, each client is different and has different requirements - one of the many reasons why I love this industry. But, without a solidified framework you're running around like a chicken without a head each time you acquire a client.
