The Wasaga Beach Women's Business Association has been honored by the Town of Wasaga Beach to be the organizers of this years Snowman Mania Dance on February 18th. The theme is DANCING THRU THE DECADES with the amazing band Touch of Vinyl, DJ Nation will be there as well to MC and provide tunes and light show between sets, costume contests, door prizes, cash bar, Pita platters and so much more....

There will also be a FREE SHUTTLE to get our guests home that night. (Wasaga Beach only)

We have set the goal to raise proceeds not only for our own group to assist in our marketing of our association and our businesses but the awesome program BEAUTY FROM THE INSIDE OUT which will be an all-day workshop/activities for girls within our own community to help build self-esteem absolutely FREE.

How can YOU help us reach our goals???

1. BUY TICKETS!!!! We really want to have a STRONG WBWBA presence at the dance first of all but if you can't attend think of getting a couple tickets as a thankyou to your amazing staff or perhaps an amazing client. As well as spread the word of mouth.

2. SHARE, LIKE, COMMENT we have an event page set up please indicate you are attending or interested. We have attached a poster to this email you can post directly to your own social media or go to the one on our very own WBWBA page.

3. DONATE- if you have a product, service or wish to purchase something to donate as a prize our intention is to bundle up all prizes donated to make some really awesome door prizes and raffle prizes. You will receive a thankyou and your business name mentioned at the dance as well as thankyous on our social media event page and links back to your page, etc.

4. VOLUNTEER- We have had some awesome ladies come forward to volunteer but as always the more the merrier and makes it so much easier with more help and you will receive recognition at the dance as well as on social media for your goodwill

5. DRESSUP- we really want this to be a fun event and set the tone so make sure you come in costume (you could win a fab prize) so dig out those leg warmers, poodle skirts or bell bottoms and lets truly make this the best party and networking event in the BEACH.

SETUP, TEARDOWN, TICKET SALES, PICKING UP PRIZES,

We currently have the town requirements for smartserved volunteers but it would be awesome to have a few for backup so if you are smartserved and wish to volunteer please let us know.

Tickets will be available at our next meeting Tuesday February 7 (CASH ONLY)
