Our real estate agent recommended Al Henry to us. Several of her clients had used him for home renovations including basements. They all gave him a glowing report. Having seen the renovations, she vouched for his outstanding workmanship. She warned us that he is very busy but worth waiting for. Indeed she was right. He was not available for 6 months so we had to settle for a winter renovation. Although dreading the timing, based on our agent's effusive recommendation, we decided to wait for him. How right she proved to be.
Being experienced home renovators, we knew of the many obstacles we probably would encounter along the way. How wrong we were. This was by far the smoothest renovation we had experienced. Both the starting and completion dates were precisely as Al had committed to. Each stage of the renovation had been carefully planned out . He ordered material weeks in advance to avoid hold-ups. Regardless of winter driving conditions-whiteouts, slippery roads-he never missed a day, arriving at 8 and working until at least 5. Each day ended with his asking us to inspect the day's work. He oversaw the work of each trade-electrician, plumber, tiler-so if any problem arose, he was present to resolve the issue. And we, as well as visitors, were in awe as to how immaculate he daily left the place. Above all, Al's workmanship clearly reflected the pride he took in his work. Because he is such a perfectionist, the final product was definitely a "WOW".
Perhaps what we enjoyed most about the experience was Al's personality. In fact, we miss having him around. He is such a nice person, so pleasant to work with and just so accommodating. No matter what our designer asked of him, his response was always "easy peasy". His goal was to ensure her happiness with the finished product and he did not disappoint. She describes him as the best contractor with whom she has worked, definitely worth the wait.

Al did a fantastic job of renovating and remodeling the upstairs of our home in Wasaga Beach . He and his team of contractors provided a seamless renovation - he handled all details - Plumbing , electrical ,gas , tile, staircase , drywall and paint . Al even put our furniture into a storage container in the driveway and returned it after the reno was completed ! The added master bath, bedroom and fireplace were superbly done . We plan to have Al back in the fall to reno the main level of our home - after he installs a new breakwall in our backyard this summer . Al is Professional, detail oriented and does what he says he will do . I strongly recommend Complete Services .

Had our bathroom redone at our cottage and was very impressed. Service was excellent. Work done in timely manner and great craftmanship. Very happy from start to finish with the job. Would definitely recommend Al and know who I will be calling for my future projects.

We hired Al and his team to renovate the basement of our recently purchased house in Wasaga Beach. The basement was technically finished but was quite dated with burgundy carpet, a series of wooden arches, a poorly finished half bathroom, and an unfinished room used as a workshop by the previous owner. It needed a complete redesign and Al was hired to do the renovation. We couldn't be happier with the result. Al transformed the space into a beautiful modern finished basement with a bedroom, ensuite full bathroom with shower, and a stunning living area. He was here every day until completion of the project. His team of expert tradesmen all showed up as scheduled and completed their work efficiently and well. We are very pleased with the result. In a world where you hear horror stories of renovations gone badly, we were able to rely on Al to get the job done well and on time. We recommend him without reservation and would hire him for any future work on our home. As a quick addendum, I should add that Al did the break wall on my mothers river front house. Again he worked efficiently and well and this is how we knew we could trust him for our basement renovation.

Al and his crew installed a new 137 ft cedar break wall at our waterfront as well as stonework that includes an 8ft wide staircase to the water. It looks amazing!! We have had so many compliments.
Al and his crew were professional, timely, and trustworthy. Al’s great work ethic was very much appreciated.
We would highly recommend Al and his company to everyone, anytime. Thanks again Al!

We first met Al when he quoted on our basement renovation. I knew right away that I was going to hire him and I am so glad we did! He transformed my basement from a shell to a beautiful living space. His ideas on the basement design were spot on. We put total trust in Al as we were not there for most of the renovation, and we were thrilled with the final results!! Going forward, we were so happy with Al that he did our shore wall, our deck, our artistic privacy fence, installed our sump pump system, installed our deck, installed a turbo lift system, landscaped our yard....anything they needed done, Al did with proficiency!! Then we moved....lol!! Al then completely renovated our new place from top to bottom.....he did everything from electrical to plumbing, to the flooring, to knocking down walls to building bathrooms...the list goes on....To say that we are extremely happy with Al’s work is an understatement. His workmanship is seamless, zero stress working with Al!! So yes, I would recommend Complete Services in a heartbeat!!
